FRONT-END WEBGL DEVELOPER
We’re looking for an enthusiastic spatial web developer to join our growing team and help us provide best-in-class innovative and immersive Web AR and Web VR experiences for our clients.
- Provide technical development/coding for a myriad of projects from platforms to web-based applications, including WebAR and WebVR experiences

- Stay current with new technologies and applications, and share these with the team

- Expertise and experience using React and other Javascript libraries to create front-end web experiences

- Expertise and current understanding of mobile web development
- Grondige kennis van HTML, PHP, MySQL, Javascript, CSS en XML.

- Excellent organisational skills and able to prioritise, multi-task, work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to think on your feet, to be creative and talk about a wide variety of complex issues will be an asset

PROJECT MANAGER
We’re looking for a bright, proactive Project Manager with digital production experience to join our team, providing excellent immersive project delivery for our clients.
- Work directly with clients alongside our internal team to help shape ideas and respond to briefs with cutting-edge solutions.
- Develop accurate budgets and timelines, ensuring that these are kept on track during the course of delivery to ensure we meet all client and business objectives.
- Take ownership of projects from the initial kick-off meeting to final deployment and beyond.
- Attend regular client meetings to ensure smooth project progress.
- Work closely with the Client Services team to schedule internal resource, keeping them up to date on project progress and any potential roadblocks.
- Input into experience creation & wireframes. Be comfortable presenting UX and design solutions to clients.
- Fully understand the services offered by Arcade to help work with clients to produce the best immersive solutions for their business needs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Know when to delegate, request more time or use extra resource.
- Work effectively in a team environment and be able to collaborate with all members of the Arcade team.
- Participate in client meetings where technology/development is discussed.
- At least 1 years experience in digital project management with an established agency or in-house team.
- Degree educated with a strong academic record and excellent attention to detail.
- Be dependable, consistent, and a detail-oriented individual who is confident working on projects from start to finish within an agency.
- Excellent organisational skills. You must be able to prioritise, multi-task, work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure. All while re-assuring clients and motivating the internal team.
- Self-motivated and client focused with lots of initiative and drive to succeed; you will get plenty of support but the ability to manage your own workload and identify ways to improve is crucial.
